As soon as your method of payment clears, I will ship your package within 2-3 business days and post the mail date. If you have significantly overpaid for shipping, I will refund the difference through PayPal.
I do my best to package every purchase as securely as possible (i.e. padded envelopes, bubble wrap, clear labeling, etc.), but I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my hands. If you would like your purchase insured, let me know as soon as possible and I will send a revised invoice. International customs, duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment is required within three days of purchase. I accept both Paypal and Google Checkout, which also offer the option to use credit cards and eChecks. Please note that I will not send your package until payment clears. eChecks can take up to 14 days.

Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If we can't figure out a resolution, I will either refund your full purchase price, not including shipping fees, or replace it upon return of the item in original condition.
Contact me within seven days of receipt of your purchase and notify me of your intent to return. You have fourteen days from the time you receive your purchase to return it to me. I cannot accept returns after fourteen days. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. All refunds are issued through PayPal.
CUSTOM DESIGN Do you envision using one of my notecards as an invitation or announcement? I can design your interior message to match the card front, then print them in color on a high quality inkjet for minimal additional cost.
Want something even more unique? I would love to create an invitation or stationery just for you. A minimum of 100 items is required for custom designs. Once you have accepted my estimate, I require 25%-50% payment upfront on custom orders depending upon order size, paid via Paypal. All deposits on custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
WHOLESALE and CONSIGNMENT Overall, I prefer wholesale over consignment, but I'm always open to a conversation about either. I do require a contract and/or proof of a business license. Please contact me for pricing or to purchase my special variety card pack for shop owners.
