Shipping through Fed Ex and UPS is uber expensive, as I have found out. I will now ship Canada Post. Packages should arrive in 1-3 weeks. If you would like faster service, please send me a message and I can change shipping prices accordingly.

Any fees at customs is the purchasers responsibility.
* To keep shipping cost low there is no tracking number. Please contact me if you would like one and I can adjust the shipping costs accordingly.

I ship WORLDWIDE! Please send me your exact address and I can have the item weighed to determine exact costs!

ALSO, please note: Shipping from Canada is determined by weight, dimensions and destination. Prices vary drastically especially sending to California as compared to New York City. I do my best to keep shipping reasonable but often find myself paying more than I charge, and occasionally vice versa. If you would like an exact quote please email me before paying for your purchase with your exact address. I can then have the item weighed at the Post Office with your address for an exact price.

Please feel free to contact me if there are any special requests, I will help out any way I can!

Payments

I accept Pay Pal and money orders. Payment is due within three days of purchase. If there are any problems please contact me.

Returns & exchanges

There are no returns unless there is something grossly wrong with the product. I will make exceptions under reasonable circumstances, so please contact me first.
*Please note that I can refund the original cost of the item(s) minus any fees I lose, but not shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

I can no longer do refunds for items lost in the mail. If your item has not arrived in 30 business days please contact me and I can refund your order if it has been confirmed as a non delivery and has been returned to me. (All items that are "non-delivery" are now returned to the sender (at my cost) but I can verify that you have not received the items and refund your account. **I will only refund your account if your order is returned to me.

Additional policies

Sizing:

I measure in inches with items laid flat and I double them to save you from having to do the math! ie: waist measured at 15" will be 30" in my descriptions. Please remember to leave room for movement in the clothes! The best thing to do is find a comparable piece you own that fits you well and take the measurements and compare!

If there is no sizing on a shoe I will add the in-sole measurement, meaning I measure from the INSIDE of the shoe from toe to heel. If you do not feel comfortable with the measurements please contact me for additional information!

Condition:

Please take into consideration when buying vintage that most items have been previously loved, over 30 years old and that there will be a little wear. (I have been picking for over 10 years and do not pick items with noticeable wear. If however I do, I will add in my description any noticeable wear or flaws.) * I price my items according to condition!

Good condition: some general wear to the item, may have a visible pull(s) or small mark(s) which I will describe and add photo if possible. (Some marks are so small that they just do not show up on my camera! I use a high quality digital camera and most photos you can zoom to see details.)

Great condition: hardly any wear and maybe a small mark/pull which I will add in my description.

Excellent condition: hardly any wear and no visible marks, stains, tears or pulls.

Mint condition: In the best shape! Looks as though it has not been worn, or very little. No stains, marks, tears or pulls.

*Please note: Sometimes a small flaw can be over looked as the items are between 25-45 years old! Please message me if I have accidentally over looked anything.

I wash every item unless otherwise noted. Please take care in reading the instructions on labels and wash accordingly. I hand wash everything in cold water with baby detergent and hang to dry. Hand washing is always best with vintage as seams and thread can become weak over time. (I sometimes wash a piece in the machine on delicate to make sure the item is not going to fall apart on anyone, or bleed colours!) I find these articles are better made than modern clothing and hardly ever have any trouble with washing.

Thanks, happy shopping!
