NOTE: If the post office loses your item and you have paid through Paypal, they will not refund your total purchase price. I am not responsible for the item being lost but will refund your purchase price minus the Paypal fee after 30 days from the purchase date. I know it is frustrating to have items lost as I haven't received purchased items as well. I will do my best. Thank you.

Additional policies

I will custom make boxes, with or without your personal items, when you contact me about your needs. Once items are sent to me (if you have any to include) I will need approximately 1 month to complete the box. You can specify colors, themes and size, but the box usually has to accomodate its contents. Some of my photos didn't turn out very clear. If you'd like more views of a box, let me know and I'll try to get them. I also have more boxes made up, just not time to put them all on here.
Enjoy!
