I hate to do this, but I have to leave negative feedback. I've never done this before. I ordered this pattern and didn't receive it within the 72-hour timeframe she states, but I gave her a week. I convo'd her at this point and after a few days she responded that a friend was in the hospital, she's sorry for the delay, and she'd send it. I didn't receive it, so I emailed again. After awhile, she responded that she had health problems and she would send the pattern out that day, but again I didn't receive it. I was patient because of her misfortunes, but after another week, I contacted her again and told her that if I didn't receive the pattern I would have to leave negative feedback. She responded that she would send it and then send me a free pattern of my choice from her store to make up for the lateness; I selected the free pattern. She did send me the pattern I paid for, but it was more than three weeks after I'd orginally ordered it, and I never did receive the pattern she said she'd send me for free. I would not order from her shop again.
