I use USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail in the US and internationally.
I will send you a tracking number so that, should there be a problem, you can research missing items yourself, and I will help all I can with the shipper should there be a problem. Remember that your purchase is your responsibility. That's why they made insurance.

I package all items VERY securely and have had only one incident with item breakage. Nevertheless, BEFORE YOU PAY, shop smart: TELL ME TO INSURE YOUR PURCHASE! If your shipment is lost of broken by the post office, I will NOT give credit or like-kind goods. Your purchase is your responsibility. You can insure by sending me a convo after you buy but before you pay, requesting USPS insurance. I'll bill you the difference, then ship.
All pieces include shipping and handling. I take PayPal, Direct Payment and Etsy Gift Cards. INSURANCE IS BOTH RECOMMENDED AND EXTRA.
Returns & exchanges
I do not refund purchases, but I do provide exchanges or store credit unless the reason stems from USPS fault. That's what insurance is for.
I like to work with clients on custom orders, and to negotiate prices and to create groupings of items at a discount for wedding parties and other groups or special occasions.
