Item details

Providing 16 pages of text with 68 illustrations, this bead pattern offers instructions that are easy to follow yet full of helpful tips. My beading design for my Color Passages bracelet uses tubular, uneven-count peyote stitch. Using my bead pattern, you play with color while learning to create smooth gradations of color. First you learn some basics about the three characteristics of color—hue, value, and gradation—and how these qualities affect your beadwork. Then you learn to peyote-stitch the cord, creating smooth gradations over its length. You also learn to create the beaded end cap and the decorative toggle for the clasp. When you purchase this bead kit, you receive all required beads and supplies plus instructions.

This bead kit allows you to create one peyote-stitch bracelet and includes:
• Cylinder beads (5 colors)
• Fire-polished crystals
• Cord
• Thread
• Needles
• Instructions—16 pages, 68 illustrations

Skill Level: Advanced intermediate to advanced beaders only
Technique: Tubular, Uneven-Count Peyote Stitch

Timely shipping. Package arrived in appropriate packaging. The instructions for the actual construction are a bit brief for beginners, but the explanation of color and the transitions between colors is excellent! I will purchase from this shop again.
