Please take a look at the comparison photo for sizing reference and take note of the size of this kit. THIS LISTING DOES NOT INCLUDE FINISHED JEWELRY.
For your reference, the thickness of each size I offer is:
12 gauge: 11.2mm thick
** 14 gauge: 8.8mm thick -- this listing
16 gauge: 7.1mm thick
18 gauge: 5.5mm thick
20 gauge: 4.5mm thick (also makes a great anklet)
(the higher the gauge, the thinner the wire)
All jump rings are hand coiled and precision cut by me, and then tumbled for shine and strength.
ABOUT silver filled: This wire is made by bonding a layer of sterling silver (.925) to a brass core. The thickness of this sterling silver layer constitutes 1/10 of the overall weight. This layer is much thicker than a silver plating - making this product last decades, rather than months. This is a fabulous alternative to those who love sterling silver but are cringing at the high price.

I'm happy to combine shipping from both my supplies shop and my jewelry shop, just drop me a note to let me know to wait until both orders come in, and I will refund any overages rounded to the nearest 50 cents.
Please note that I am a one woman shop! All my jumprings are handcrafted with care by ME. Orders ship within 6 business days -- which is basically a week. Some items have a longer production time, which is noted in the product description. MANY orders ship MUCH FASTER than 6 business days, but from time to time, yes, I do take the full week to ship your order. During peak seasons, my production time may be increased, and it will be noted in the shop announcement on the front page of my shop - if there are any delays to your order I will let you know as soon as possible. If you have a special event that you are working against the clock on, feel free to leave me a note when you check out, or contact me and I'll be happy to let you know your order's expected ship date & see what I can to send it speedily on it's way.
I do offer expedited shipping. Add your items to your shopping cart, and during checkout you will have the ability to choose a faster shipping option.
International customers are also responsible for any duty, taxes or other fees charged by their local customs regulations. I mark all supplies orders as "CRAFT SUPPLIES" and all jewelry orders as "FASHION ACCESSORIES" on international customs forms. Please do not ask me to mark items as a gift or less than the actual value - that is against the law.
For more information on US customs laws and regulations regarding your country, please view this link from the USPS: http://pe.usps.gov/text/Imm/immctry.htm
Please note that if ordering expedited shipping, these times does not include my production time of 3-7 days or more, depending on the item. If you have a birthday, event or other deadline, contact me and I would be happy to see what I can do for you.
Please note that once the package is out of my hands, I do not have any information on delivery time. I also am not responsible for items damaged or lost once they are in transit. If you have not received your order after the given estimated shipping time, please contact me.

Returns & exchanges
If there is something wrong with your order please contact me within 14 days and I will work out the issue with you.
Returning jump rings is a hassle -- for you and for me. The best way to avoid it is to make sure the right size jump ring is ordered in the first place! I will do whatever I can to insure you order the correct size jump ring -- I am happy to discuss your needs and help you determine what size you require so the product you receive works for your needs.
If, alas, you receive the wrong size, I do accept returns for store credit. If you need to return your jump rings, CONTACT ME within 14 days of receiving your order. Unsolicited returns are not accepted.
First, rings must be returned to me. Please return them within a 10 days after contacting me. I check the rings over and make sure they are not marred or have any plier marks on them. Any that do are removed from the rings returning to stock. The remaining rings are weighed, and a store credit is given for them. Any discarded rings are scrapped, and I include the scrap value in your credit. Scrap value is given for sterling, silver filled, and gold filled rings. Your store credit will be minus a 10% restocking fee, which offsets the time it takes for me to process returns.
Shipping costs for new rings purchased with store credit is additional, and cannot be paid via store credit.
WHOLESALE / BULK DISCOUNTS:
I try to keep my markup low and price my jump rings as affordably as I can. Ordering by the troy ounce has a built in discount over ordering the same size but a smaller quantity, for example:
Let's take a mythical jump ring size that has about 100 rings per troy ounce:
1/4 troy ounce with approx 25 rings, $16.25 = $0.65 per ring
1/2 troy ounce with approx 50 rings, $30.00 = $0.60 per ring
1 troy ounce with approx 100 rings, $50.00 = about $0.50/ring
So, by ordering by the troy ounce instead a smaller amount, you will already be getting a built in discount.
For those looking to purchase 10ozt+, please contact me at email@example.com for large bulk discounting. I do not give bulk discounts on Etsy sales, so please do email for more info.
