We typically ship within 1-3 business days. We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound.
Your package will be delivered to the address that is on your Etsy account. We may not be able to change your address after you have paid for your order.
If you send an email, we typically respond within 24 hours. Please know that your emails are important to us and we will answer your question as quickly as possible.
Expedited shipping is available for added shipping cost.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, and then we spend the weekend with our families.

When your order has been shipped, your tracking number will automatically update on Etsy through your receipt page. Feel free to track your package through www.usps.com.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds or exchanges are given once the item has been shipped by the buyer back to the seller. If you are not happy with your items, then the buyer must pay to ship their unused items in its entirety back to the seller for a refund or exchange.
Please note that the color of the items may change depending on the dye lots due to the manufacturing process. The color of the item may also be different in person based on the customer's computer screen and color quality settings.
If you are an international buyer, your order will be shipped first class mail, which takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
If your item is lost in the mail, we ask that you call the post office and use the tracking number provided to see what has happened with your package. If your order is lost and you paid priority mail shipping, then your order will be automatically insured. The post office will let us file a claim 2-3 weeks from the time it has been lost. After the post office files the claim and sends us the check, then we can re-send your products to you, or we can give you a refund. If your order is marked as delivered and you have not received your package, then we are not responsible for that missing item.
We are not responsible for items that are marked as delivered, and you do not have the package. Please call the post office if this happens, and they can help you track down your package. If your package is returned back to us, we can re-ship it to you, and the shipping charges are paid by the customer.
