♥ SHIPPING ♥
• Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (exclude weekend/public holidays)

• Registered Mail is signature-required and someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the items from the postman during the delivery hours.
If nobody is there to receive/sign for the registered mail, the postman will leave a notice for you or call you to re-arrange the delivery. Please arrange pick up/collection/re-delivery as soon as possible. If the item or parcel is not collected within certain period of time (typically around 2-4 weeks depending on different countries postal service), it will be auto-returned back to sender. In this case, we could refund the items (less 15% restocking fee + original shipping) or resend the items (with additional shipping fee applicable).

• For registered mail, the tracking number will be provided inside the shipping notification email and invoice page

♥ ESTIMATED SHIPMENT DURATION ♥
• SINGAPORE: 1-3 business days.
• INTERNATIONAL: 2-6 weeks (excluding public holidays) depending on choice of destination country. Following are some ESTIMATED duration:
* USA/Canada : 2-6 weeks
* Most places in Europe : 1-4 weeks, sometimes up to 6 weeks
* Australia : 1-3 weeks
• For HOLIDAY season postings or any urgent shipping request, please either buffer additional 2-3 weeks on top of the estimated duration or kindly request for upgrade into COURIER service prior to ordering.
The stated shipment duration is just ESTIMATES; it may not be the actual duration experienced. Delivery to destination may be subjected to DELAYS due to security check, customs clearance, festive season, bad weather, strikes, etc. Olifstudio will not be hold responsible for such delay as it's beyond our control.

♥ REFUND OF EXTRA SHIPPING FEE ♥
We indicate the shipping charge as estimated amount at time of product listing. Due to the way etsy calculates shipping cost - estimated rates may be different from actual rate. Sometimes it's over and sometimes it's under.
Our actual rate includes shipping/handling charge and packaging material fee.
- When it's overcharged by > $ 1, we will refund the difference.
- When it's undercharged, in general we will not ask for extra fee.
Our shipping rate is always adjusted from time to time to reflect closer value to the actual rate.
♥ PACKAGE RETURNED BACK TO SENDER ♥
Olifstudio will not be hold responsible if package is returned back to us due to:
- Wrong or Incomplete address stated in Etsy Invoice or Paypal
- The parcel is not been collected from post office at destination country after notice card has been left by postman for collection.
If the above happens, we could refund the items (less 15% restocking fee + original shipping) or resend the items (with additional shipping fee applicable).
We accept payment through major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and many more.
• For eCheque payment via Paypal, it usually takes about 6-8 days for Paypal to clear the cheque. We will wait until cheque is cleared and actual payment is received before posting the purchased items.

Returns & exchanges
YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) NUMBER & INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY RETURNING PACKAGE WITHOUT RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED.

It's important that you're happy with our product. If for some reason you're not, we'll be glad to provide refund or exchange of another item (after less the original shipping charges and 15% restocking fee)
To ensure good quality, we closely inspect every piece of merchandise prior to packaging and shipping. But occasionally some rhinestones/pearls may have loosened during shipping journey. If there were missing rhinestones/pearls, please inform us, we'll ship to you the replacement stones. However if you would prefer NOT to fix it yourself (using E6000 or Alteco will work), please return the items back to us and we will be glad to exchange/refund.
♥ DAMAGED/FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS: ♥
If for some reason you've received faulty/damaged/wrong item, please take pictures capturing the faulty/damaged/wrong item and email to us, we will analyse prior to exchange/refund. By definition of faulty/damaged, it means the item is beyond repair (for example broken frame) due to our fault. If it's due to loosened/missing rhinestones/pearls, we'll send you the replacement stones. In the case of broken shank/loop, we'll determine and analyse the root cause on case to case basis before any refund/replacement is provided. In some cases, we'll request for the damaged items to be returned to us for refund.
It is highly recommended to send the returned items via registered airmail. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to delivery.
To request for a refund/exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will then assign RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return shipping instructions to you. We will only issue the refund once we received back the returned items.

Made To Order items such as shoeclips are not eligible for exchange/refund as it took us time to handmade the item. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.

♥ LOST PARCEL ♥
Only for REGISTERED parcel proven lost by postal service, we will provide either refund (less original shipping fee) or send replacement order. Refund is not applicable for Standard Mail or NON-REGISTERED mail.
**PLEASE NOTE** : We will only issue refund/exchange/resend AFTER we have received OFFICIAL PROOF from postal service regarding lost of the registered article (approx 30days processing time by postal service).
