PLEASE READ LISTING CAREFULLY....AS PATTERNS ARE NON REFUNDABLE DUE TO THEIR NATURE.
This pattern will create the 19" finished doll as shown above. Included in pattern packet are detailed instructions, pattern pieces, time saving tips and tricks, tea stain recipe, materials list, and color cover photo. This pattern is relatively simple to follow...but it is helpful to have some sewing experience. All my body parts are created using the trace & sew method...explained within pattern...which I feel gives you a more TRUE shape. You may create and sell this finished item on your website, ebay, etsy...anywhere....as long as you give Kats Country Prims credit as pattern designer.

Custom Orders: (require 50% non-refundable deposit)
We enjoy custom orders. Please contact us to discuss what you would like via message. Some items we no longer are willing to create.
You will be able to choose color content of most custom ordered items. As soon as we have everything in hand, turn around time is usually within 2 days per doll…shipping time not included. If you are ordering more than 1 item… please allow an additional 2 days per item.
We do require 50%non-refundable deposit for wholesale & custom orders. We will no longer be able to confirm nor reserve your request without a down payment. These funds will be used to order your specific materials and will be applied to your final balance. We will invoice you for this deposit thru PayPal direct invoicing. The remaining cost plus shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer and is due prior to the shipment of the items.
Final payment from PayPal invoice to customer should be received no later than 1 day from the time of sent invoice. If item/s are not paid for, or other arrangements made for payment, within 2days of sent invoice…your item/s will be considered as non-payment and can be placed elsewhere for sale. We do not have the capacity to store large amounts of items nor sit on orders that you have placed. We are not a warehouse or storage unit.
If for any unforseen reason we are unable to complete your order, we will issue you a full refund of your deposit.
Custom orders are not returnable. Insurance and tracking will be added to your shipping price to cover items in the event of damage.
When ordering custom items please plan ahead , especially if you are shopping for a birthday or holiday! Our back log of custom work always grows during the fall, pre-Christmas shopping season, and Easter as well, which is another reason to place your order early.
We are often asked if we can make items using fabric that our customers send us. The answer is yes, except we will not work with knits, or slippery or sheer fabrics. The reason is that it is difficult to get good results using these fabrics. We want you to be pleased with the finished product. You can contact us about fabric requirements per item. Generally, ½ yard cuts per fabric per item. All remaining fabric will be returned to you in your shipment.
We can not duplicate a doll we have made before. We can aim for the same look, similar hair, and clothing, but often it is hard to find that exact same skein of yarn or piece of fabric that was used during creation years ago.
PayPal is the only payment method currently available for those residing outside the U.S.
For U.S. customers, PayPal is also our acceptable form of payment. You may also pay by check or money order, just bear in mind that a check can take up to 7days to clear my bank prior to your item shipping. International customers must use an immediate method of payment.
*All taxes, customs and border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please remember…there will be 2invoices…one for deposit…and the final invoice for balance with shipping fees which should be paid by you, the customer, upon receipt of final invoice…no later than 1 business day.
You may contact me anytime via messages so we can keep in touch with how your item is coming along. First time wholesale/custom customers…When your item is finished, we will email you photos of your finished product so you can view your finished product before it ships. Once you have viewed your item, we will create your 2nd invoice thru PayPal direct invoicing with insurance and tracking added. You may pay for your custom order using any payment method listed above…bear in mind that if you are making final payment via money order…items will NOT ship until payment is received. After the transaction is completed your package will be shipped. Information regarding tracking will be sent via PayPal.
Returning/repeat customers…you are aware of the quality of our handmade dolls…photos will only be sent upon request.
