Seller ships all items using standard First Class Mail option, which delivers to US and International addresses by way of the USPS. Buyer can purchase items with upgraded delivery options such as, proof of delivery, insurance, expedited shipping, etc at their expense, but should convo the Seller PRIOR to purchasing.
Standard packaging for regular stitch markers will include attachment to backing card via a skirt pin holder (Caution:Pin Will Be Sharp at Point)and placement in a bubble-wrap lined envelope. Mini stitch markers will come with a simple coil-less safety pin. (Caution, pin will be sharp at point)
Multiple items ordered will be eligible to receive a shipping discount. Special packaging, gift wrapping, and delivery options will be considered upon request at purchase.
Payment through Paypal by account or credit card is the only payment method currently accepted. Payment should be completed no later than 24 hours from purchase.
Returns & exchanges
It is my intention to provide the best of my hand-making skills through my store. If - for any reason - the items disappoint you in any way, please return them via priority mail. Refunds (less shipping costs) will be processed upon receipt of goods as they were sold.
