I had some problems with the first time I ordered, but contacted the shop owner and she was very helpful and got a second shipment out right away at no charge. When I got the product it was perfect! just what I needed! will definitely buy again from this shop!

Domestic Orders: I mail orders 1-4 (can be longer on handmade orders) days after receiving payment, to your Etsy address. Items are shipped first class mail, unless specified otherwise or weight is over 13 ounces.
International orders: Shipping can take a few weeks to a month receive depending on your postal provider. You will receive a customs number with the order. However I can not track international orders once they leave the United States. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not be responsible to ship replacements or refund your purchase.
Please make sure your address is correct, I am not responsible for packages not being received due to a incorrect address.
If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified.
I accept Paypal. money orders, and personal checks as my form of payment. Payment must be received within 10 days of sale or sale will be canceled and item will be relisted. If mailing a check or money order internationally please convo me. Please do not purchase if you do not intend on paying for your items. If you need more than 10 days to make your payment just let me know, I'd be happy to accommodate your needs.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me. I will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item has not been worn or used. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges will need to be at your own expense.
All my items are from a smoke and pet free home! And I take pride in giving the best I can provide. I review items to best possible to make sure I am sending items that are not flawed, sometimes a few can slip through, do not hesitate to let me know so I can send replacements at my cost.
