This exotic green maize has been homegrown on my daddy's ranch without chemicals or pesticides!

This emerald maize has been grown for centuries by the Zapotec Indians of southern Mexico where it is used to make green flour tamales. Traditionally grown with squash and beans which climb up the corn stalks, this corn grows up to 7 feet tall and produces multiple 10 inch cobs on each stalk. Drought resistant and sturdy plants are green in color and yield white cobs that soon become rich green as they mature.
Eat the corn while it is still light in color as a sweet corn or wait until it is mature to harvest as a flour corn. Brilliant green cobs are more than extraordinary in arrangements and can be ground to produce scrumptious jade tamales, cornbreads, or tortillas.
My dad uses the corn flour to produce naturally green cornbread during Christmas and St. Patrick's Day. Try it!

At least 10 hand picked seeds per hand designed packet! Seed number is limited as my daddy was only able to plant 2 stalks. Still... that's 10 stalks of tasty corn for you!
All seeds come from my family garden. We use no chemicals or pesticides!

Shipping costs cover the base shipping and the handling- this includes production of seed packets, seed harvesting, and preservation. We also isolate plants to ensure strain purity and harvest, dry, and clean each seed pod by hand! All the best, because we care!

Because we handcraft each of our seed packets and pack your seeds only once you have completed your order, please allow at least 2-3 days for processing. Our local little artists are hard at work imagining and designing great images for our packets and our grown-ups here cut, pack, harvest, and do just about everything by hand, please take consideration of our small efforts to ensure love in every sprout!
COMBINED shipping deals are only available through CUSTOM LISTINGS because etsy has yet to develop a program to bundle shipping and provide bulk shipping discounts. Orders placed without a Custom Order will be subject to standard shipping charges listed under the Shipping tab of each product. Shipping fee refunds are not available for those who FIRST place orders without a Custom Listing and then ask for a shipping discount. Because of Etsy's fee policy and charges, we are will not be able to refund or partially refund any shipping charges.
