Item details

We are so happy to share our instructions for making this doll with you. A smaller variation on our larger Waldorf dolls, this little doll is perfect for smaller children wishing for a friend to play with. We call them Lillipals, as in Lilliputians. They are tiny and precious. 10 to 12 inches from toe to the top of their head.

Hair is done in a style similar to that of Bamboletta style dolls.

Using your own fabric, a few easy to find supplies and nothing more than simple sewing skills, you will be shocked at how quickly these dolls sew up.They have the ability to sit and hug, WITHOUT the use of buttons or intricate sewing.

With the ability to personalize them to your preferences, each doll can be as different as real babies.

They are ideal for little ones of any age to play with, to love and to cuddle.

The tutorial is unique to Adirondack Patterns and is extremely detailed for every step of this doll making process.

Included in this package...

*face (using a mix of traditional and unique techniques)
*Shirt or Dress
*HAIR! Simple and complete instructions for making a non-crochet version of hair application and is completely well instructed.

Past buyers of this tutorial have told us that our non-crochet hair directions result in a style of hair that is VERY similar to that of BAMBOLETTA style dolls.

you name it, it's included in the tutorial.

We promise, this tutorial is as detailed as we can get it without sitting right next to you while you sew it. ;)

Tutorial includes...

~PDF files of the template pattern for the doll, the shirt/dress and the pants
~ full color photos with complete measurements and detailed step by step sewing instructions.

Examples of the high quality and easy to understand type of tutorial that you can expect, can be found here...
