Scroll Saw Pattern Book by Sterling Publishing Co.,1986, written by Patrick and Patricia Spielman. Soft cover book with 256 pages, a Table of Contents and an index. The introduction includes instructions and ideas for using and altering the size of the patterns.
Patterns range from very simple cutouts to rather intricate. I tried to show the range in the photos, but couldn't begin to include all the variety of patterns. The hundreds of patterns include: - a variety of shelf brackets and frames -country and farmhouse decor items - designs for children - seasonal including Christmas ornaments, reindeer and interlocking tree, snowflakes, Easter bunnies, Fall Cornucopia, hearts - interlocking puzzles for young children - animals, birds, butterflies -leaves and flowers - 3 set of numbers, 3 alphabet sets, and many more.
I have posted additional photos on my Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/4oldtimesandnew/ *****************************************************************************************
The book appears to be unused. The pages are clean, unmarked, and page edges and corners still fairly sharp. The cover is slightly scuffed on the edges, and the back of the spine is creased. Binding is secure. Front page has a stamped name of a bookstore.
Raw.Art.Vietnam.Veterans.Group is a band of Arts/Crafts Gals/Guys, mostly in our early 80ies, located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, USA. Our focus this century is wood art. Our motto is:
“If it was PERFECT, it wood‘NT be RAW ART, wood it.”
Our finished gifts are given to Vietnam Veterans, family members and the very special care givers of our forgotten Agent Orange Veterans. It helps keep us busy, NEEDED and useful. Thanks!
Our scroll saw was used mostly on 12” squares of Basswood, Baltic Birch, Pine and Popular in 1/16” 1/8” 1/4" 3/8” + ½” slabs. After the motor burned up, there was serious disappointment by the users.
Shipping is by USPS (1st Class, Parcel, Media, or Priority) , using Etsy's calculated shipping option, and insurance is included for all packages.
Combined shipping is available for most items - just let me know as you place your order. (Never mind the amount listed under "ship with other item"; as combined shipping will be figured on an item-by-item basis). Please note that some items may actually cost more to ship when combined (example: books that would ship alone by Media Rate will cost more when combined with an item that ships by Parcel Post or Priority Mail). I will do my best to find the most economical shipping option for you!
International Shipping: Shipments to destinations outside the US may involve additional taxes, customs fees, import duties, and/or VAT that must be paid before the package is released to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any and all such charges.
International shipping is calculated by Etsy's Calculated Shipping option. All packages are insured and tracking is included when available (tracking is offered for only select countries at this time).

Additional return information
I attempt to provide a complete and accurate description of each item listed, including any flaws, wear, or damage. I most often do not have a complete history of a vintage item's previous life, but I will disclose everything I can about the item. PLEASE, please contact me with ANY QUESTIONS you have about an item BEFORE you purchase. I would much rather you be fully informed before buying, than be disappointed when the item is received. This will help avoid the hassle and expense of returns.
Refunds (less shipping charges and Etsy fees) will be made for returns that are unrelated to "seller failure". Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped by the seller, it must be properly packaged, and buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. For returns resulting from "Seller failure", a full refund including return shipping costs will be extended when the item is returned.
"Seller failure" occurs when an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing or subsequent convos, or the wrong item is shipped.)
If your item arrives in a damaged condition, or does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me immediately so I can start the insurance claims process.
I try to photograph each item to represent it in as true a manner as possible, but please take into consideration that lighting and variations in computer screens may affect appearance. I'm always willing to email more photos if you need to see additional angles, etc.
Thank you for reading the previous "small print"! If you need additional info or clarification please feel free to send me a convo!
