Item details

This is a lovely yarn from the UK that's perfect for sock knitting! It's 80/20 Merino Superwash/Bamboo and weighs in at 1,990 ypp. Each 100g skein has approximately 436 yards (399 meters). It knits up beautifully on sock machines on every cylinder from the 54 on up to the 84. You can also use it for hand-knitting on roughly American size needles 1 through 3.

It dyes beautifully and wears very well in socks, despite being soft and cushy. This yarn is natural white--a clean palette for your dye projects. It's also Superwash so it won't shrink, even when washed in the washer and dryer. And, if you don't like nylon, but still want something extra strong in your socks, bamboo is an easily renewable resource and it doesn't have anything to do with petroleum.

I ship worldwide, no problem. I do not charge a handling or packaging fee of any kind and I want it noted that I don't even charge the full postage costs for what I ship. I'm happy to share part of that cost with people whenever I can. After all, it's not *your* fault that we might live thousands of miles apart from one another, right??

Payments

PayPal and Direct Checkout are my favorite methods of payment, but I'll accept checks and money orders, as well. The catch on non-PayPal payments is that, unless I know you well, I have to hold the order until my banker and I are both comfortable that your check has cleared your bank. That could be a while, depending on where you are and where you bank.

I charge sales taxes on all sales to residents of Michigan (USA).

If you decide you want to cancel your order (and I haven't shipped it yet), just let me know. I like to be as flexible as I can with peoples' changing situations.

Questions about your order?
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Additional return information
I've never had anyone ask for a return or a refund so I don't have a set policy on it. I always treat people the way I would want to be treated, though, so if you've got an issue with one of my products, let me know and I'll make it right.

Additional policies

I welcome special requests and I'm happy to quote bulk pricing on wholesale orders. A word of caution, though--like I don't charge the full cost of postage when I ship, I also don't mark up my products very much, so I can't afford to give very much of a discount on bulk orders, but I'll sure try to accommodate if you want to buy in bulk.
