PRINTABLES
All printables that require personalization are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and are sent to the email address on your Etsy account. We are generally closed on the weekends.

We provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required you will be charged a fee based upon the complexity of the requested design changes.

DIGITAL DELIVERY
High resolution PDF files will be delivered to you via email.

PARTY SUPPLIES AND PERSONALIZED GIFTS
All shipped items will generally be processed and shipped within 3 business day.

SHIPPING COST
We try to keep shipping charges as low as possible. Shipping costs vary based on the quantity and size of the items you are purchasing. Because we want to keep shipping rates down, we do not insure our packages. If you would like insurance please see the ‘Insurance’ section below.

Once a shipping label has been created for your order an email notification will be sent.

INSURANCE
If you would like to add insurance to your package we’re happy to do so for an additional charge. Please indicate which upgrades you would like in the message to seller section upon purchase and we will send you an updated invoice that includes the new shipping price. If you choose not to add insurance to your order we are not responsible for packages that are lost.

METHOD
All non-digital orders are shipped via the USPS and mailed via First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. These shipping services generally take 2-3 business days. Once an item leaves the shop, Bloom Designs Online is not responsible for transit time. Please allow at week minimum for processing and delivery

EXPEDITED ORDER PROCESSING
If you need an item sooner than our standard shipping schedule please contact us BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional fees may be required.

ADDRESS
All orders will be sent to the address provided to us through Etsy, not the address in PayPal. Please check that your address is correct when you're checking out in Etsy. Bloom Designs Online is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Orders being sent to multiple addresses need to be placed individually.

INTERNATIONAL
At this time we do not ship physical products internationally.

Etsy direct checkout is our preferred method of payment. Direct checkout allows buyers to use any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or AMEX) directly through Etsy. We also accept PayPal.

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what is seen on the screen due to monitor and printer variation in color.

Ultimately, we are not responsible for lost packages, however, if you have not received your package when expected we will do our best to work with you to recover lost items. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the delivery of your order. Please also reference our shipping policies regarding ‘Address’, ‘Insurance' and 'Tracking’.

All digital files are property of Bloom Designs Online and are designed for PERSONAL USE ONLY. They may not be digitally modified in any way.

Files may not be used commercially or resold. This includes mass production, sharing, selling, and/or distributing the files or the finished products. Bloom Designs Online retains all rights.

You may print your files at home or at a print shop as long as the printed product is for personal use. All files are formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper and then trimmed. We do not format our products to any template.

You are responsible for having (or having access to) the software and equipment needed to print JPEG or PDF files. To open the PDF file you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is available at no cost at www.adobe.com.
We will do our best to assist you where we can if you're having trouble printing, but we are not responsible for troubleshooting technical issues.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders or changes to our current designs are welcome if our schedule allows. Please send us an Etsy conversation, e-mail, or submit your custom order request via the "request custom item" link on our shop’s home page.
