Please refer to the bottom of each listing to see the current expected production time. This time estimation reflects the time it takes to ship, not arrive to you. And please take this into consideration when leaving feedback as I am upfront initially with this turn around time. I am a very busy one gal shop doing my best to meet the demands of my custom orders and on some occasions it may take a little longer but I always contact my clients to keep them well informed as to when they can expect to receive their orders.
Small packages ship USPS First Class Mail , unless otherwise requested. Priority mail for regular packages.
Refunds for shipping. Shipping refund is available if you return an item to me that you are not happy with. Refund will be issued once the returned item has been received by me.
I accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards as well as Etsy Gift Cards.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Personalized custom orders are non-refundable unless I have made an error on my end. If you made an error in ordering your custom item and details were not clear then your option is to order a replacement item at full price. If it's a small detail that can be easily changed then I will consider redoing my work but there is a minimum charge of $25.00 to redo any project that was misorddered in the first place. Therefore, it is VERY important to fully read the listing that I put up for your custom order to be certain that I have all of the details correct before placing your order.
LOST ITEMS: If an item gets lost in the mail, in order for me to file a lost form with USPS I require that you notify me within 15 days (in the US) or 40 days (outside of the US) from the time of shipment. I do send you a tracking number and notification when your item ships. If your item shows that it was delivered then I am unable to help in that situation.
REFUNDS: If you have an issue, please contact me. Returns must be back to me within 14 days of receipt in new unused condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds can only be made back to the payment source that was originally used to purchase the item or contact me for possible exchange options.
