We ship all sold items within 1 - 3 business days of their purchase, unless otherwise discussed with a customer. If you need something shipped out earlier, please message us and we can work something out :o)
We ship all items using Royal Mail First Class postal service - this service does not use tracking numbers. If you need something shipped faster than First Class or tracked, please message us. We can do this, but this will cost a little more...
We ask that you please make sure that your address is correct in your easy account as that is the address we ship to. If you would like it shipped elsewhere, please make note of that at the time of your purchase. We can't be held responsible if you do not receive an order because the address supplied was incorrect.
We do our very best to make shipping as seamless as possible. We use clear handwriting on the item being shipped, package everything carefully, and we keep within our 1-3 business days for shipping out your items. Once we turn your items over to the post office under the terms here in our shipping policy, the rest is up to the post office! In some cases (luckily very rarely), items can lost or delayed. If this does happen to you (and we really hope it doesn't), please just message us and we can work together to resolve it.

Returns & exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from our shop, but if you happen to need a refund, please message us. For damaged items, we can either dispatch a new item or give a full refund. For items where you have simply changed your mind, we are able to refund the cost of the item but not delivery once you have returned your items to us. Please message us and we will let you know where to return the item to.
