Item details

This is addition to the Get Smitten pdf pattern library and features two patterns for the price of one!

Make the crochet cowl in a super chunky yarn for a cozy but modern update to your hand-crafted wardrobe or try it in a delicate mohair yarn for a soft, draping, ethereal neck warmer - both look fantastic and both are so easy to make!

The pattern repeat is simple - ideal for advanced beginners and experts alike - and the overall effect is elegant and sophisticated with minimal effort; you'll love working this design!

For this project you will need:

* 200g of super chunky yarn and / or 1 ball of mohair yarn

* size 12mm (US O/16) and / or size 10mm (US N/15) crochet hooks

* a yarn needle to darn in the ends

This listing is for a pdf pattern with full instructions on how to make my crochet cowl in the two styles depicted above. The file will be available for download as soon as your payment is confirmed so that you can get hooking straight away

Enjoy!

FAQs

What is a fat quarter, I hear you cry?! It is a term widely used in the patchwork and crafting world that denotes a quarter of a meter of fabric. In order to give a more useful area to work with, they take a meter of fabric and quarter it by length and width so that you have a 'fat' quarter rather than a long one They are 18 x 22" or 45 x 55cm

If you require pieces of vintage fabric larger than a fat quarter, please message me with you requirements. I have enough in stock I am happy to oblige. My fabrics are pre-loved sheeting and so are not available by the meter or yard as with traditional fabrics - please let me know your desired size and will measure the amount I have left in stock If you purchase multiples of one fabric, I will always try to provide it as one cut piece wherever possible. I will message you before dispatching your order if this is not possible
