This pretty advertisement card is in excellent condition. It measures 2 1/2" x 4 1/4". It says: Jay F. Butler and Co., Children's Carriages Toys and Games,NY. This is old store stock from a company that existed in NY from the late 1800's until the 1980's.
Perfect for framing and scrapbooking or any kind of decoupage or paper project!

We usually only ship via USPS. The shipping cost listed is to ship to the UNITED STATES ONLY! If you live outside the country -including all of Canada - and would like to possibly purchase with us, then please email your international information to us. We would love to hear from you and we will send you a shipping quote! Some listings may reflect that we will not ship that particular item internationally. *We may ship heavier or larger items via UPS if it is cheaper.

You will see some listings that require you to contact us with your zip code for a shipping quote. That is because these are larger,heavier items or unusual shaped items and we want to insure that these packages are delivered with the correct shipping amount. We also want to view options for the most economical way to ship the item to you.

**USPS has constant changes in Postage Rates. Please send us a conversation with your zip code to inquire for a more accurate shipping quote for item delivery to your area. We do not overcharge on shipping and we refund excess shipping.

**DAMAGED ITEMS**
It is very sad when a package arrives broken or damaged, but please remember that we did not ship it that way! It was damaged in transit. We do recycle and properly package our items. We do not ship fragile or breakable items without insurance. We also ship non breakable items with insurance from time to time as well. Each package is unique. If the package is damaged you must save all of the packing materials, receipt,damaged goods, etc. You, as the buyer, must file a damage claim with USPS online so that they can reimburse you for the loss. SELLERS DO NOT FILE BREAKAGE CLAIMS. All "Insured" boxes that arrive damaged are the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim for even if there is a misunderstanding or miscommunication of the item shipped. If the insurance service was paid for, you can file the claim without a problem and be reimbursed. If you need our assistance to resolve this type of situation or send proof of insurance, please contact us immediately before leaving negative or neutral feedback. We will be happy to help resolve it!


Payments

We accept paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Payment is expected immediately or at least within 24 hours. Purchases are shipped out within 2 -3 days of payment. If there is a longer delay we will let you know. Our snowbabies usually ship out 5-7 days after payment.

Seller is within their right to cancel any transaction. If we find we need to do that, a full explanation will be given along with a full refund.

Additional return information
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. We will take returns on items ordered only if we were at fault. If the buyer made any errors in purchasing we do not refund monies.

We do not refund orders for items that you provided an incorrect address for.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided and the item comes back to us, you will have to repay the shipping charge to receive the item. It the item cannot be located and is missing due to incorrect information on your part, we will not refund the sale. You will have to contact the post office on your own. Since every situation is different, we would appreciate you contacting us first to discuss an issue. Send us a convo to sort it out before you escalate it to a higher level with Etsy or Paypal.

Please do not send a package back to us unless you have contacted us first and we gave you permission to do so.
If you refuse a package for delivery and it is returned to us we will not provide a refund especially if you did not contact us first to discuss the issue. If you make a commitment to purchase, we expect you to fulfill it.

Additional policies

Our listings state "sold as is". This not only includes the stated condition of the item but the fact that we cannot "alter" anything on the items we sell. If you see a handmade item that you would like to alter, you will have to request a special order of that particular item.

We also state that we always do our very best to honestly state the condition of all fine metals, jewelry and stones and vintage items in our shop. Please bear in mind vintage treasures are consistent with wear of rescued objects. Our photos are explicit and our descriptions are detailed. The information we provide on an item is based on our experience and expertise.

We will reserve items for you for 24 hours only. If you do not purchase within the 24 hours, the reserve is removed. We do not hold items for indefinite periods of time or repeat reserves on items you continually do not purchase.

If you have had any kind of contact with our shop in the form of Trust and Safety issues that were due to your own fault or negligence or harassment on your part through etsy convos, etc. please do not purchase anything from our shop. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel transactions with such customers since Etsy has no "block" feature on their site.

Feedback: If for some reason you have a problem with the item you ordered, we would appreciate you contacting us before you leave negative and neutral feedback. Buyers and sellers should appreciate being told there is a problem first before negative feedback is left.
