Returns & exchanges


We accept returns of products if returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment. A refund for the order amount, minus shipping and restocking fee (if applicable, see below) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 days of receiving and reviewing your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or refused packages unless we made an error.

Your return needs to be in re-sellable condition or a refund will not be processed. The carton the envelopes come in is part of the product, so please do not discard, deface, write on, or destroy the carton.


If you need a different size or color, you may exchange your order without a restocking fee if your replacement order is for the same quantity of product. First, please place your new order on Etsy and include your new order number on the return slip of the original order. You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and you will receive a full refund for the product when it is returned and reviewed. You do not receive a refund for the original shipping charges or the cost to ship back unwanted product.

You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but be sure to get a tracking number so you will be able to verify that we receive the return.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, the carrier will return the package(s) to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the outbound shipping and the return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from any credit the customer is due. The restocking fee may also apply.
