We prefer to ship USPS but will ship using a different service of your choice email us at email@example.com immediately if you want to use a particular shipping service. Already made items are shipped within 24 business hours. Items that are made to order can take up to 1-2 weeks. We do include include insurance on each piece at no cost to you! If you need for us to ship sooner, please include a note during purchase. Thank you!
We accept PayPal, credit card, e-check, money order, and personal checks. All checks must first clear before items will be shipped. If there is another form of electronic payment you want to use please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds, shop credit or exchanges can be made, provided that all items are to be retuned within 10 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com so we can process your return right away. Refunds will be issued after returned product is received. All food orders, customer damaged, shipping service damaged, used or washed items cannot be returned and will not qualify for refunds, shop credit or exchanges. Exchanges may be made if original product is still available otherwise shop credit towards another item will be offered. Custom fees and return shipping costs are not eligible for refund. All sales items are final.
Reporting Damaged Packages E-mail us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Shipping services such as USPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. We MUST be informed within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
