Please make sure that your payment address matches your etsy shipping address, if paying via Paypal. If the shipping addresses are different (Paypal and Etsy), please notify me (note in etsy message section on your invoice) of the correct shipping address in which you want your package shipped to, when payment is made.
All item(s) are shipped Immediately after payment is made (except weekends and holidays of course). Packages (no matter the size) are shipped with a "Delivery Confirmation Number", this is a "Tracking Number", (this is not insurance).
If you would like your package sent "with Insurance", please contact me before payment and I will send you "an adjusted invoice that includes insurance cost".
Buyers Outside U.S (International), will receive a Custom Form Number when shipped.
International packages that weigh over 4 pounds "have to ship priority (which is quite expensive)...this is according to Postal regulations. But it is possible to send two separate packages. If possible, I will ship in to priority envelopes to reduce costs. Contact me and ask about cost.
If there is a problem with payment (delay and/or mailing), please contact me, I am easy to work with.
I do accept personal checks (U.S. residents only). If you have Good feedback, I will ship your item(s) when check is received. Otherwise, check will need to clear before I ship item.
If you buy more than one item, shipping is reduced (and will be Automatically Calculated on your etsy invoice), so long as all items are paid for with one payment (because Paypal charges sellers a healthy fee out of Each Individual payment made).
Buyers outside U.S., please contact me after buying several items, I may be able to squeeze items into a flat Priority Envelope and reduce your shipping charge (I only add a little over shipping to cover my costs). Just convo me and I will do my best to assist. I do Refund Excessive shipping.

Additional return information
**If you are Allergic to Dogs (or their hair), it would be best not to purchase some items (such fabric), because although I do my best to keep my dogs blocked out of my sewing/shipping room, and do double check the items I ship, every once in awhile, they may be a few dog hairs. As stated, I do my best to not have any on fabrics (mop the wood floors daily), but once in awhile, they may slip in.**
Again, I do my best, to describe items to the best of my ability and if item is Not what you expected, let me know and will do my best to rectify.
