All items are shipped in a bubble wrap mailer. For interior packaging, I use biodegradable or reused plastic bags whenever possible. If warranted, extra bubble wrap or a recycled kraft paper box will protect your items.
I use Canada Post and ship from Vancouver, BC. If you're in Canada, this will be Regular Parcel service.
I will ship to other countries via Light Packet or Small Packet International service, but please contact me for a quote.
TRACKING & INSURANCE
Please be aware that Small and Light Packet options DO NOT include tracking or insurance. If you require either tracking or insurance, please contact me for a quote BEFORE you purchase. I am not able to refund or replace parcels not covered by insurance. Likewise, I won't be able to assist in locating parcels not enabled with tracking.
At the moment, I am not able to accommodate rush shipping in all cases. I do my best to ship the day after you make a purchase. For delivery windows, please review the Canada Post links above.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. I accept PayPal and credit cards. I do not accept money orders or cheques at this time.
Returns & exchanges
Please contact me if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase. As an online customer myself, I am wholeheartedly committed to making sure you have a positive experience with my store.
Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Most of my items are recycled computer, electronic, or mechanical parts, vintage toys or jewellery, and found objects. As such, they often show signs of wear or age.
Generally, each item is sold as-is, but as above, please contact me if you have any concerns and I will definitely work with you to resolve them.
