Items are usually sent via USPS, either Parcel Post or Priority Mail. I try my best to estimate shipping costs and materials. Please convo me with your zip code prior to purchase and I will calculate an exact postage cost.
If there is a significant difference in actual shipping costs and shipping paid, the difference will be refunded to you.
Combined shipping is available for most items in the shop depending on size, weight and destination. Please convo me before you purchase and I will let you know what the combined shipping costs will be and make appropriate adjustments. All orders are shipped to the Etsy address that is provided at checkout.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me in case of damage, loss etc, We can work out details based upon the situation. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, clear pictures of the damage and packaging are required within 3 days of receipt.
Vintage and antique items will show signs of wear and patina, all adding to their charm. I do my best to represent each item accurately in the photos and description.
