Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.
Payment is welcome by paypal, money order or cashier's checks. Please no personal checks. At the time of payment please leave a little note in "message to seller" if you have special instructions or requests. International purchases are welcome but payment with paypal only please.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of the items no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. However the beauty of purchasing from a small business is that I am here to answer questions. If something seems confusing please just send me a quick email and we will try to work through it together. If you feel the pattern you purchased was grossly misrepresented or faulty please contact me immediately.
Hey! You never sent my pattern! Where is it? Technology is picky and needs to be exact; an extra keystroke in the email address, a .com instead of .net, a firewall not accepting the pattern attachement... there are tons of reasons. If your pattern did not arrive please send me a convo to let me know and we will figure it out.
Copyrights/ Reselling: I want to make these to sell at a craft fair and put on my website- is that okay? All patterns purchased here are for personal use AND the completed projects may be used for commercial sale by small home-based business owners. Patterns themselves may not be reproduced or distributed in any way. When selling a finished product of Pattern Play Designs please give a nod back to the origin of the design with a simple "created from pattern by Pattern Play" in the listing.
I have a question, can I email you? I ask that all communication initially be done through Etsy convos since I check my convos more frequently and would hate to miss your question.
Do you do Wholesale and Bulk Orders? Hard copies of my patterns can be made for resale. Please contact me for wholesale or bulk order pricing.
Can I use your photos on my website? (ie Copyrights) All images, text, products, ideas, logo, and designs are copyrighted. Nothing within www.patternplay.etsy.com or www.aebaby.etsy.com is free or public domain with out consent. So in other words, just ask.
