I ship out on working days within 1-3 workings after payment received. Please be advised I am a UK seller, so all orders outside the UK can take up to 25 working days to arrive. I can not claim back from the royal mail until 30 working days have past, so I will not refund you until 25 working days have past. THIS REFUND MIGHT NOT BE THE FULL AMOUNT DEPENDING ON THE REFUND I RECEIVE FROM THE ROYAL MAIL CLAIM, UNLESS SEND WITH TRACKING NUMBER. Royal airmail does not come automatically with a tracking number, if you wish me to send your order with a tracking number, you will have to pay additional shipping costs. I always obtain proof of postage at the Post Office, even for the smallest orders. The shipping of vintage items outside the UK will be at your OWN risk when not upgraded with tracking number.
You can pay via all payments into etsy account, I will ship after payment received, between 1-3 working days. on multiple orders combined shipping is automatic.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I will refund you, when A) I have received the item back/un-used, via customer or mail B) I have send you the wrong item, and received proof/photo C) the item arrived broken and I receive a photo/proof D) item is lost/late in the post and has gone over stated time window (EXCEPT vintage items, which are subject to various factors, see shipping policies) E) when an item is received and ok, and it breaks or is faulty after a few days and you let me know about this, I will offer you a repair or a replacement. When you decide to return it to me after wearing/using it for a refund, I will not refund you the full amount due to hygiene issues and also not for extra shipping costs. The refund I will give you will depend on separate items/orders. I will not be able to re-sell certain items, like earrings etc for obvious reasons. Obviously I will not offer a refund when items are broken after you have been wearing it over a period of time.
