Never received yet charged over 93$ for my order. Instead I was sent two tiny paw print charms which were not a part of my order. Took 6 days for owner to respond to me and it wasn't till I stated I would be going to the police for credit card fraud. She refuses to send my real order and her concern in the matter was very weak. I urge everyone to find a different shop

I ship USPS First Class Mail in the USA. Items normally ship out within two business days. I do not include an invoice with your shipment. If you would like one please send me a message at checkout.
International Shipping: I ship via USPS. Your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. Not including weekend and US Holidays.
I do not provide shipping insurance. If you would like shipping insurance let me know and I will charge you for the difference. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages, customs or taxes from your country. All countries are different so make sure to check their tax structure before you purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If item is damaged or broken please let me know within 5 days of receiving the item and I will resolve the issue.
If you are not happy with the item or it is not what you expected please let me know and we can make return or exchange arrangements. I will refund your money less the shipping charge.
