My feeling is if you are creating a true work of art, you should use the BEST products available. Remember to use Dream Felt’s Core wool for the inner part of your work and then use Dream Felt’s Premium Wool Batt C-1 for the outer layer and this is available in 36 colors.

Domestic Orders

Shipping is done via United States Postal Service USPS 1st Class Mail. All wool orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Gnomes will be shipped within 3-4 business days after ordered. Should there be delay in any order you will notify.

If you prefer faster shipping I will be more than happy to send you order USPS Priority Mail, please contact me immediately after placing order. If you prefer this method. I will be happy to invoice you through pay-pal for the extra shipping charges

Please remember 1st class mail can be very hard to track. Therefore once your order has left Dream Felt’s Studio we have no control over this service and are no longer responsible for parcel.

International Orders

The same as the above applies for International orders. Dream Felt is not responsible for any import taxes, custom fees etc. that might apply at the time of delivery.

Please remember USPS 1st class International mail is the most economical way to ship. However we have no control on delivery times. Tracking this service is almost impossible. Therefore once your order has left Dream Felt’s Studio we have no control over this service and are no longer responsible for parcel.
