Very beautiful and soft wool. Perfect for felting projects. I bought different colours and I love all of them ! :-) Therefore I recommend without hesitation! Very fast shipping (to France). This shop will stay for a long time in the list of my favourites :-)

Originally this has been forgotten in the package, but when I contacted the shop the error was quickly fixed. The wool itself is absolutely gorgeous and wonderful.
Postage: WE POST WORLDWIDE - MANY ITEMS ARE FREE POST
We post all items by Royal mail 2nd class within the UK unless specified which takes 4-6 working days but could take up to 15 working days to arrive. If the item has still not arrived within 15 workings days please contact us.
For International postage, we use International small packet or International singed for service according to the order, please allow up to 25 days for delivery. Most of our international parcels are received within one to two weeks. We post items Monday - Friday, We do not post on Weekends.
ALL ORDERS FROM SOUTH AMERICA AND MEXICO ARE NOW SENT TRACKED AS STANDARD
Payment via paypal, this needs to be completed with 7 working days otherwise the item will be re-listed.

Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging, and used condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 30 days of delivery. On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.
If you have a problem with an item received please return it for a replacement or refund within 28 days.
Securely repackage your item, including your purchase details: your name, address and date of purchase and order number and place a return address label on the parcel.
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded service to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
