We know you can't wait to get your package - therefore we ship fast!


Your purchase will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order - usually the same day your order is placed.

While we can't control shipments once they leave our shop, typically most domestic packages are delivered within 2-5 days, depending on your location. Most international packages are delivered within 6-21 days (sometimes longer, depending on your location).

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and include delivery confirmation and tracking information.

A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.


The shipping charges for each listing are shown on the Shipping & Policies tab, and will also appear in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart will show shipping charges for multiple purchases (combined shipping).

We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we charge for packaging materials.


Small domestic packages that weigh 13 ounces or less are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Small items that weigh more than 13 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Heavy or bulky items are shipped via UPS Ground.


We ship worldwide - please see the shipping quotes in our listings, or contact us if your location is not listed.

International orders that weigh 4 pounds or less (when packaged) are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail (typically 6-21 days in transit).

Items that weigh more than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail (typically 6-10 days in transit).

PLEASE NOTE that any custom fees, duties (tariffs), or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Because every country has different fees, these charges are NOT included in the shipping charges in our listings. Please contact your local customs office to determine what these fees will be before making your purchase. You may also check to determine any additional fees.


We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible - no one wants to pay more than is necessary for shipping! A combined shipping discount will automatically be calculated in your shopping cart.


If you need something delivered sooner than our standard times, please select a shipping upgrade in your Shopping Cart, or contact us for other shipping methods.


If an order arrives damaged through the shipping carrier, please report this to us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials. We will require additional information and photos of the damaged package in order to file a claim. In some cases, the shipping carrier will come to retrieve the package to finish a claim. All claims must be made within 2 days of package delivery - we are unable to file a claim after 2 days.

Damage claims must be made by contacting our shop, NOT the shipping carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us. Refunds on damaged packages can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier.


If an item comes back to us marked as unclaimed for any reason, we are not responsible for any shipping fees. The item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer contacts us, asking for the item to be reshipped at their own expense.


If you would like to send an item as a gift, we are happy to help! We will include a note from you to the recipient, and we won't include a receipt with the shipment (it will be a surprise)! Please contact us if you would like us to ship a gift.

Returns & exchanges

Our refund policy varies by type of item, as described below. Please read through these paragraphs carefully.


All sales on vintage and custom items are final - we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items. All item listings include very detailed information about the item, what it is, it's condition and it's dimensions - to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Clear concise photos are also included as part of the description. If you are unsure about an item, or unsure if it will work for your application, please ask questions BEFORE purchasing - we are happy to supply you with more information, if needed.


Due to the fragile nature of glass, glass bottles may not be returned for a refund or exchange.


We accept returns for some of the new Do-It-Yourself craft supply items, as long as they are returned in the same new, unused condition in which they were shipped.

For items where returns are accepted, please contact us within 2 business days upon receiving items. The item(s) will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days in the same new, unused condition in which it was shipped to buyer in order to receive a refund. Refunds will not be given for items that are not returned within 7 days. Refunds will also not be given for items that are returned damaged, or are damaged in transit back to our shop. It is your responsibility to make sure to package returns carefully to ensure they arrive back in the same condition in which they were shipped to you.

Shipping fees are non-returnable. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, insurance, duties, taxes, or tariffs on all return shipments.


Of course we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to determine what we can do to make you happy. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied - customer service is our top priority!

All our photos are taken in natural daylight - sometimes on sunny days, sometimes on cloudy days. Sometimes facing the sun, sometimes facing the shadows. We try to make every photo as accurate as possible for you, and take multiple photos at various angles for best lighting. We do not touch-up or adjust colors of our photos - you're seeing the natural product in the lighting available. Please remember that every computer monitor is different, so the colors you see online may not be exactly the same as the item when you receive it.


We take our customer's satisfaction and your feedback seriously, and strive for 100% positive feedback. We also believe that communication between buyer and seller is very important. If you feel that you cannot leave positive feedback for your purchase, please contact us first and let's talk.
