The US Postal service has increased postage rates for First Class International packages. Unfortunately, rates have doubled or even tripled for most destinations. My shipping costs reflect these increases cover postage and shipping supplies. I dislike having to increase postage, but I have no choice.

DOMESTIC: I ship via USPS First Class Mail. If you prefer Priority shipping, for an additional cost, let me know. I will quote you a price.
INTERNATIONAL: I also ship First Class internationally. Arrival times vary much more outside the US; varying from 10 to 25 days or maybe more if your package gets held up at customs.

Packaging: I recycle when I can.

Always Susie takes care in packaging your item(s). We are not responsible for missing items due to the USPS, unless you opt for insurance. If you would like the additional insurance, please let me know and I will you a quote.

Payments

I accept PayPal and USPS money orders. I expect immediate payment unless you have a question or want to change your shipping preference.

Returns & exchanges

REFUNDS: I want you to be satisfied with your item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you would like a refund, please return the item within two weeks of receiving your package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I will issue a refund of the purchase. There is no refund on shipping. Refund will not be issued until I receive the item in the condition it was received.

LOST ITEMS: Items lost in transit or damaged in transit cannot be replaced nor can I issue a refund. If you would like to add insurance, please convo me. I will send you the total shipping price.
