The seller was able to give me the the succulence color I requested, and ship it to a friend for a birthday gift. My friend loved it, and it looked just like I expected. I'd order this again!

Marialuisa is wonderful. I had a super complicated order that involved shipping three succulents: two needed to go to the same address but to different people at a university and one to another address. She helped me save on shipping by putting the two succulents going to one address in one box. I also had personal notes that needed to be included with each succulent. I am so grateful she allowed me to personalize her already wonderful product. The people who received the succulents said they were beautiful and minimal; perfect for a crowded professor's desk. The shipping was also quite fast. I think it got to the professors within a few days. Great product design, great response time to my perpetual asking of questions, great customer service.

Super cute, exactly what I expected. Arrived quickly & was very well packaged!!
Being an independent business we rely on third party carriers and thus are not responsible for their mistakes.
My preferred method of shipping for bouquets is next day service via Fed Ex or USPS.
All other items can be shipped priority mail 2-3 day service unless they were purchased along with a bouquet in which case they can travel together.
Items usually ship within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment unless special instructions have been provided.
Recipients should read opening instructions and open upon arrival. All items must be photographed the day of arrival if there is a problem.
We accept credit cards and Paypal. Payment must be received prior to shipping of product. We are located in California and must charge sales tax on all sales shipped to a California address.
Returns & exchanges
There are no returns on items with live plants. However, if there is a problem or an item arrives damaged (this does not include minor imperfections such as small spots, streaks, or slight color shade variations) please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Any damage claims must be made the same day the item is delivered and must include photos. We reserve the right to deny the claim if this is not done.
Refunds will be made by PayPal. Shipping and all transaction costs (PayPal and Etsy, etc.) will be deducted unless the item purchased was faulty or significantly different from its description.
