Shipping & policies
Domestic shipping is $6.00 plus $1.00 per additional item (includes retail and wholesale collection). This comes with tracking number so you know when to expect your order. Expected delivery: 1-3 business days.
Shipping to Canada will be $12.00 plus $1.00 per additional item. It normally takes approximately 6-10 business day for expected delivery. Tracking number is provided.
Shipping to Everywhere Else will be $17.00 plus $1.00 per additional item. It normally takes approximately 6-10 business day for expected delivery. Tracking number is provided.
There are few ways you can order from us. Follow these instructions in order for a great and speedy transaction
Choice 1: Purchase from our Etsy store of course! It will take approximately 1-3 days to process your order. Once we have shipped it, we will provide tracking number so you know when you should be expecting your order. If anything comes up, we will let you know immediately through private note or via email.
Choice 2: You can order from us from our website where we have 100s of items ranging from leather belts, buckles, bracelets, necklaces, and wallets! Here are some options you can choose from:
Option #1: By Website/PayPal/Google Checkout (Fastest and Easiest)
Simply click on the item(s) you like to add to your cart from our website. A small window will open showing all you have added to your cart. Change the quantity if you wish to have more than one of a particular item. Once you find all that you want, click on "Pay with PayPal". You will be taken to the PayPal website where you can review all you have added. Click on continue if you do not have a PayPal account. If you do, simply log in to proceed to the next step. From there on, just follow the instructions and with a few clicks, your order will be placed and you will receive a receipt by email. Please allow 2-5 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.
Option #2: By E-mail
Fill out the contact form requesting this method, include what you would like to order, include quantity and method of payment. We will calculate the total and reply to you with an e-mail which will include how to pay. Once we have received your payment, we will begin to process your order. Please allow 2-5 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.
Option #3: By Pick-up (via Direct Order)
If you rather pick up the order yourself, checkout via Direct Order online and fill out form provided. You can let us know if you rather want to pay by PayPal or pay at our store when you pick-up your order. We will process your order after we received your order. We will notify your order has been completed and when you can stop by to pick up your order. If you are coming from out of state or country at a specific time, we can hold your order until then. Just be sure to let us know.
Option #4: By Phone
Call us any day between 10am to 5pm. Let us know what you would like to order and the preferred payment method. You may either pay online via PayPal, Money Order, or Check (if you choose to pick-up). Provide us with basic information in order to notify you once the order has been completed for either shipment or pick-up.
Option #5: By Fax
Similar to the e-mail option, fax us what you would like to order, include quantity, name, telephone number, e-mail address, and method of payment. We will calculate the total and reply to you with an e-mail which will include how to pay. Once we have received your payment, we will begin to process your order. Please allow 2-5 business days to process order. We will notify you when it has been shipped along with tracking number. We will ship order via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order, we would be pleased to accept an exchange within 7 days of receiving items for a similar one with exception to custom items (i.e. with extra holes, different design, color, etc). There will be a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. You may pay through PayPal or you can include money order or check along with item. Products that you exchange have to be unworn and in the condition that you received them, with the original box if possible. However, if defected in any way, we will not be able to exchange it. You may visit our location store for an exchange on the spot or mail it back to us. Be sure to contact us if you intend to exchange. As for refunds, all sales are final.
II. How We Use It. Based on this information, Christian Oliver Leather Belts fills, ships, and provides you with information about your order (i.e., whether your order have been received, processed, or shipped). We ask for your phone number (but this is not required) in the event that our service representatives can't reach you by e-mail. We use your mailing address not only to ship your orders, but also to tell you about the products you have ordered and to track sales.
III. Whom We Share that Information With. Christian Oliver Leather Belts guarantees that none of the information provided is shared and each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them. Paypal use the latest encryption technolgy to keep your personal information safeguarded. All your order information (i.e., your name, address, and credit card number) is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to the ordering system. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call and complete your purchase by phone and pay through visiting our location, money order, check, or COD. Thereafter, the products will be shipped once your check or money order has cleared.
