Sold in increments of 25, these premium 70 lb. Brown Bag A7 Envelopes are just what you need. Each envelope measures 7 1/4" x 5 1/4", with flaps that have moistenable glue for sealing.

Typically, any proof revisions are executed pretty quickly, which is why all the items needed to personalize your order are required prior to design customization commences. Orders from the SSC Etsy shop and main website are processed in the order that the purchase and personalization details are received. Current proof turnaround is within 48 hours from order placement and sending of personalization details and hi-res photo(s). Rush Service is available.

Any invitation, announcement or holiday greeting design, that can be tailored to a desired color palette, will have a Color Palette option. If the particular card design that you've been eyeing features that option, simply select "Custom Color" and send your request along with your personalization details.

♥ USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method. Greeting + Note Cards are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please refer to individual listings for specific item shipping details.
♥ International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Please contact us, with your location, to determine shipping cost or for additional shipping options.

Payments

Orders will not be processed until payment is submitted.

Per customized orders, cancellations are not accepted once photos/personalization details have been received and the customization/creations process has begun.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of the customization that takes place, returns are not accepted. We happily will work with you to alter your design to suit your needs.

Please double check your card design during the proofing process. We are not responsible for errors in information; however, we are more than happy to make edits/revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design. Once your approval is received, the high-resolution file(s) of the finalized design will be sent to the email address noted on your Etsy account.

Unopened product may be returned within 14 days from receiving your items (in its original packaging). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise back to Simply Stated Creative in a traceable manner; please be sure to supply us with a tracking number to confirm shipment + delivery. Upon receiving the unopened merchandise, you will be issued a refund for the purchased amount via Paypal. Please contact SSC to arrange a refund prior to returning.

Much of the quality of your Card Design will depend on the quality of the images you supply. Please visit our Photo Info & Tips page at http://www.simplystatedcreative.com/photo-info-tips_ep_43-1.html to learn how to provide the best quality images. We are experienced at retouching and improving image problems, but there are limits to what can be done. If your image has quality issues, we will notify you; and we are not responsible for the quality of the image printing, if you decide to use that image.

By sending your image(s) to us, you are stating that you legally own the Copyright to the image(s). If you are using an image taken by a Professional Photographer or Studio, you must supply us with a Copyright Release to print the image.

♥ CARD DESIGNS: Within 48 hours after we receive your emailed images, a Digital Proof of your Card Design will be emailed to you for approval. Request as many changes as you like - we'll continue to send you revised Proofs until you are 100% happy with the Design.

Please note: The color settings and brightness of your monitor may not match the caibrations of your Printer, or our monitors. We cannot be responsible for differences in color or brightness that may appear between the Proof viewed on your monitor, and the printed cards. Due to the differences between the web environment that you are viewing designs and the printing environment cards are produced in, color variations are inevitable.

♥ HANDMADE BANNERS: Production of handmade banners will begin upon receipt of order confirmation, payment + photo(s)/details needed to create the banner. High-resolution photo(s) + details should be emailed to hi@simplystatedcreative.com, as noted on the item listing. Please allow 3-4 days for production. Prior to shipment, you will receive a photo of your banner to ensure complete happiness.Once approved, your banner will be carefully packaged + shipped.

♥ PREMADE ETSY SHOP SETS, tailored with your indicated business name and tagline, will be delivered electronically to your supplied email address. Please note that designs are non-exclusive and unlimited, meaning sets can and/or will be resold in various formats, colors and media an unlimited amount of times until retirement of the Shop Set Design. All rights are retained by Simply Stated Creative. With your purchase, you retain the ability to use the design commercially, but are not granted the right to resale any part and/or all of the designed shop set. Designs cannot be modified in any way.
