Amber Rockstar was a name I was given back when I was just out of college and worked around the clock trying to establish myself as a designer. Then the name just stuck and I have carried it over to my design and decal business.
My shop started back when I got pregnant in early 2013. I was trying to make some extra income aside from my freelance graphic design jobs. I fell in love with creating and cutting custom designed decals for customers. I have been rocking it ever since. My shop caters more toward the smaller decals for DIY projects, weddings, cups and shadow boxes but I also create wall decals and home decor.
I will make sure you are satisfied as I believe that great customer service not only is speaks volumes about the brand, but also brings new business along with maintaining current.
As a single mom, there is nothing I won't do to make the best life for my child. He's my world. Every bit of support goes to making sure he has the best life and I thank you for helping be a part of that.

Custom and personalized orders
I do offer custom and personalized orders.
Can I see a Proof before I Purchase?
Unfortunately, due to limited time and to keep my costs as low as possible, I do not provide previews before purchase. If requested, I can send a jpeg image prior to production.
Reserved listing orders (custom) receive previews prior to production. Previews are done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (this can vary during busy holiday seasons).
Decal is sticking to the backing
The glue sometimes needs reactivating, If taking a credit card along the back does not work, message me and I will send a detailed video of how to get the glue reactivated.
My custom/personalized order did not arrive on time.
There are no refunds on custom orders but I assure you that I do everything possible on my end to make sure you receive your package by the date you request. Upgraded shipping and rush orders are always a priority and I oversee that these orders are successfully completed in enough time to arrive. Shipping dates are given at checkout and I stick to that date as best as possible.

Are your decals reusable?
No. These decals are one-time-use and made with permanent adhesive vinyl.
Can you provide your detailed return policy?
Items purchased with S Most items are eligible for return and/or refund within 7 days as long as the item is in its original packaging. Custom orders are NOT eligible for refunds nor are decals containing dates, locations, and/or names. Hats and shirts are also non-refundable/returnable. However, if customer is unsatisfied with the product they received, they must contact the store immediately to discuss in detail a partial refund or to exchange out the item. All returning items must be arranged with customer service to accept the return. Customer will pay for return shipping. Refund for the item will be refunded only after the item has been returned in its original condition.
What about Cancellation Policy?
Most cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Same Day, Express 1-Day and RUSH Shipping orders and upgrades cannot be canceled after purchase due to the time sensitivity. If you need to make a change on a time sensitive order, please contact the shop immediately. Each of these requests is handled on a case by case basis.
What is a Decal?
A decal is a die-cut sticker that comes in 3 layer. The top layer is transfer tape, the middle layer is the sticker and the bottom layer is the backing. Decals are transferred from the backing paper to the surface you wish to apply them. They work similar to a temporary tattoo.
I did not receive my package.
All items are standard shipping purchases are shipped First Class Mail with USPS. These items do not have insurance and tracking is usually pretty accurate but on occasion not so much. If your tracking number says the item has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or with your local post office first. Usually they are the most helpful and almost alway locate it. If you cannot find your package after that, please contact the shop and we can look into it further. You can always however upgrade to Priority Mail for $7.95 which will result in a a quicker shipping method, Insurance, and tracking information.
