Overstocked Bead Room
My overstocked bead room is a treasure for you, my customer! I have been collecting unique and unusual beads for over 20 years along with the basic supplies and findings and components, much precious metal with a smattering of pewter and other base metal beads. With the current economy I have, like most others, begun to find less expensive findings to keep my prices down for my customers. I have traditionally ONLY used glass, whether it be Czech, Japanese, Vintage West German or Handmade Lampwork, mostly only from US artisans, although I have discovered some fabulous international HANDMADE designers over the years that I still purchase from now and then.
Since I am a wholesale, tax ID, buyer, in order to continually add new items to my own personal website, www.beadwizardrydesigns.com, I find I often have a huge supply of beads that I can never use in my lifetime. SO - my fortunate customers can benefit from great pieces and reasonable prices. I have established suppliers from all over the world that many people could never discover. I spend hours researching suppliers and vendors for QUALITY materials at reasonable prices.

I will accept postal money orders but keep in mind that will also slow down receipt of your purchases allowing for post office delays.
We are not responsible for lost or broken items during shipping but do provide insurance if paid for with the order - please request an invoice BEFORE paying for your items to add insurance. You are responsible for providing a correct mailing address with your order. Return shipping charges will apply if the submitted address is incorrect. We will pay for return shipping if it is our error.
Shipping fee charged on orders includes actual postage, insurance if requested and packaging material. In order for me to reimburse or replace your order upon your not receiving the order, ESPECIALLY on international orders you MUST request and pay for signature confirmation, insurance and/or tracking. I cannot be responsible for non-delivery once it leaves my office.
All orders are shipped to Etsy/paypal address. Please make sure the address is correct. Upon purchase from my shop, when the shipping label is printed (within 24 hours unless a Sunday or holiday) you will receive a personal email from Stamps.com with a subject line that reads "BeadWizardry Designs has sent you a package". This confirmation email will have a shipping date and a tracking number (free delivery confirmation to you) for your order. International orders will receive both emails without a tracking number as the cost to provide tracking on these orders is exorbitant. IF you wish to have tracking provided, please convo me for an invoice BEFORE paying for your purchases.
I ship Monday through Saturday (yes, when possible!). Your order will usually ship the same or the next business day of placement. In case of an eCheck (see above) your order will be shipped out as soon as payment clears. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders are shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority with FREE tracking on domestic shipments. Please contact me if you have a specific request for other mailing services.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All customs & other fees imposed by your country are your responsibility to pay when you receive your order. Please remember to consider this part of your cost when you place your order.
Returns and exchanges

Because of others who have not respected my policy on returns I will no longer send a replacement until I receive the unwanted item(s) back in the same condition received. Items must be returned in unaltered condition and properly protected against shipping damage. A full refund less shipping cost will be issued via your original method of payment for unused items upon receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied your item(s) for any reason, you might return your order within 3 days from the date of receipt (verified by tracking) for a full refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item purchased is my fault (incomplete shipment/wrong item shipped).
