Welcome to my Etsy shop! I am so pleased to offer my handspun yarns, handknitted items, handwoven baskets, knitting kits, books and DVDs here! I hope that you find something to delight you. I work in a smoke-free and animal-free environment. Please be aware that monitors vary so colors may not be displayed accurately. Let me know of any comments or concerns you might have. I appreciate your feedback and I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Accepted payment methods
Payment
I accept credit card and PayPal payments here. Payment is expected at the time of your purchase. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use it –you can use your credit card with PayPal! <http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-pay-with-a-credit-card-and-create-a-paypal-account-746/>
Shipping
Because I travel to teach throughout the year, I will sometimes take up to ten days to ship items. I appreciate your patience. I ship items by USPS 1st class or priority mail.
I can combine shipping on purchases when necessary, so let me know if you plan to buy multiple items. Packages with value over $100 are mailed with signature confirmation. Contact me if you would like me to insure your package. I'm not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. I will ship to your Etsy address unless you inform me differently. For shipping outside the U.S. please contact me for shipping costs. Also, note that many countries add extra charges. The Royal Mail in the UK for example, charges an extra £8 for orders over £15.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Please if you have any problems with your order.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your item, so that we can reach a solution. I will only accept items returned in the same condition that they were sent. Once I receive the item, I will provide a full refund, less the return shipping charge. (The buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of return shipping.)

The item did not ship on time.
The box was open.
The DVD looks ok;cannot attest to the quality of the DVD because it is unopened. To me better quality DVD ‘s appear in better packaging;like the older VCR’s. To be honest the quality of the VCR’s is much better.
