We do accept exchanges in unusual circumstances, you MUST contact us within FIRST 3 DAYS after receiving the item. NOTE: buyer is responsible for full shipping cost to return item and have another shipped out. We do not offer full refunds on returned items, cost of item only, no shipping charges as we pay additional shipping fees above and beyond your original charges.
