In 2008, BungalowGlow began as a design studio that provided
a creative outlet, helping friends and family with design projects.
In 2011, I began designing, cutting and selling acrylic items as a
way to make use of often-times discarded, usable materials
from my full-time job in the sign industry. I couldn't let all of that
"potential" go to waste (or the landfill).
If I could create something beautiful and/or useful, it would be a
win-win, for the environment and for my employer by "greening up"
I started creating wedding cake toppers -- at the time, offering only
a few standard designs. I began getting custom requests and
lots of suggestions from people that loved my work. It was really
very encouraging, and I LOVE every single one of my clients.
(especially my repeat buyers, you know who you are! <smooches>)
From the humble Etsy sales beginning in 2011, my passion has grown
as well as my offerings. With custom requests fueling my creativity
as a Graphic Designer, and more orders from all over the world,
I knew that broadening my range of products would be on the horizon.
My buyers keep that creative spark alive in me and I love to connect with
you all on social media platforms.

If you are paying by an e-check on Paypal, please be aware that it takes a few days for the payment to clear and your order will be held until it clears.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail and occasionally UPS (unless otherwise noted in the listing).
Your package will be sent to your PayPal confirmed address,
please make sure it is current! If you are using a P.O. Box please include your phone number.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - You are responsible for any additional Customs taxes, VAT tax, and/or duty that applies in your country.
NOTE: International shipping is sent USPS Priority Mail, it WILL take a long time to reach some destinations
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS usually arrive within 7-10 days, but MAY TAKE UP TO 45 days to ARRIVE!! Shipping costs are Non-Refundable!
I cannot guarantee delivery times. Parcels may get held in Customs occasionally for various reasons. Please be sure to add a contact phone # (Telephone #) so that Customs/Post officials can contact you regarding your package if necessary.
Insurance coverage is not included in shipping cost.
If you would like insurance please let me know before completing your sale.
Your insured item will ship via UPS and a revised bill will be sent prior to your payment.
Returns and exchanges

Damage during shipping is rare but can occur if mishandled by the USPS or UPS.
While I cannot be responsible for what happens once the package leaves my caring hands, I do want to be sure you receive the item you pay for!
If something arrives damaged, I ask that you just have the courtesy to allow me to fix it for you before jumping to leave negative feedback for something beyond my control.
I WILL WORK WITH YOU!! I am flexible and understanding, open up the lines of communication, we can come up with an amiable solution.
I want you to be a happy client - email a photo of damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt and we'll work out a compromise! *Yay!*
If it is delivered (delivery confirmation is trackable), and your neighbor swipes it, I can't control that! *yikes!* If you have concerns about receiving your item, I can switch your delivery address, but you MUST let me know in advance (I will always ship to the confirmed PayPal address on file by default!)
I do NOT offer refunds for Customized Work ONLY a replacement if there is damage that occurred in shipping. You will need to take a photograph of the damage and send to me so that I know what may have gone wrong in shipping.
I WILL accept returns of undamaged/unopened standard goods within 5 days of package receipt for a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns must be received within 7 days of correspondence about a return.
Refund amount will be based on the condition of the item once inspected upon return.
It is important to package return items to ensure shipping damage does not occur on return - if an item is not fit for full resale value, then your refund will be adjusted to constitute a discount item sale.
EU Buyers: Please see new directive regarding purchases/returns (Please note that I do not accept returns for Custom orders and will not refund cost of shipping should you change your mind about your purchase)

I'd love to work up a unique creation for you. I'll create an exclusive reserved listing specifically for you to purchase based on the requirements we have discussed for your custom piece. Once the listing is purchased (which includes my design fees), then we can get to work designing your dream, you'll receive digital proofs to look over and once approved it will go into production!
