-We can ship your order via FedEx. Please contact for checking prices.
*** WE ALWAYS SUGGEST UPGRADING YOUR SHIPPING IF YOU HAVE STRICT DEADLINE, YOU WANT TO TRACK STATUS OF YOUR ORDER OR YOU HAVE TO CONCERN IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS !!
-We will send item(s) to your address on ETSY account. Please make sure your address is correct.
-The package will be reached to your place about 7-30 business days after sent to the post office (Maybe faster or late under weather, custom clearance of each country, distance or holiday).
-All refund & returns accepted under a reasonable.
-No refund and return for the problem from others or transportation systems.
-No refund for shipping cost.
-Buyer must contact the seller within 3 days after the package was received return and refund.
-Buyer would pay for return cost.
- If the package return to me, you have to re-payment in the shipping cost for resend the package. So, please tracking your status after sent the package.
- If you need to cancel the order after the package was returned, I have to charge 30% of the item cost and plus the shipping cost also. Because all item in my shop is a made to order item. I need to make it for especially customer. So, please understand this reason.
- If you request to cancel before sending the package, but I made it already, I will charge 30% of the item cost but not charge for shipping cost.
- If you request to cancel before sent the package and I still didn't made it. I will charge only $1 for the fees that I have to pay with PayPal after canceled.
How we do if the package was lost.
Because all the package in this shop will be shipped with tracking number. So, you can shop without any concern. If the package was lost, the post office would responsible and full refund to us after investigated.
The process of investigation depends on the buyer country, they will conclude after receiving confirmation that the package was lost from buyer country. This process may take about 75 working days (may quickly or late depend on the post office of the buyer country).
