Frequently asked questions
All items are sent from Texas in the United States. We will ship all in-stock orders within 2-3 business days. Dyed-to-order and custom orders will usually be shipped in between 7-14 business days.
Most packages will be sent via USPS.
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges
Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been placed. Please check your order and make sure before it is placed. Please contact us for any questions or concerns before ordering.
We cannot accept returns, however we want you to be happy with your order. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your order. Yarn, fiber, and notions may be exchanged as long as they are in original condition with tags in tact within 3 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in original condition (no smoke/food/pet odors, no signs of infestation, etc).
Sale yarns, clearance, club shipments, and OOAK (one of a kind) skeins may not be exchanged.
