I started my first shop in 2012 (DesignzByRuth), and actually got the push from my husband.
He told me I should try Etsy out.
I was then working in a bead shop so I started selling my beaded Jewelry here.
In 2012 I opened this shop ColorSquare, for Colorful Hand Made and some Vintage Jewelry.
After a trip to West Africa in July 2013 I fell in love with African beads and started selling them in this shop. I am since in the look out for beautiful , unique and most important fair trade jewelry components mostly from Africa. I love anything tribal and ethnic and I'm happy to find unusual beads and pendants for my shop and share them with my awesome customers.
I have few great suppliers around the world and I always try to find new interesting items.
I enjoy what I'm doing and feel very lucky I'm able to do what I love .

Cancellations: Cancellations will be accepted withing 2 hours of placing an order.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. This charges are the buyer's responsibility ONLY.
European buyers: Please make sure to check the laws in your country regarding forbidden materials.
Packages are collected on Monday and Thursday (or Friday).
Please allow 2-4 days before trying to trace the item, it takes few days to update.
All USA and Australia orders will be shipped via ECO post, a fully traceable service with no signature required.
♣ Items to all other destination will be shipped via Registered mail.
You will receive a tracking number.
delivery tracking is available, after the mail has left Israel, via the destination country's internet site. not all Countries offer this service.
(in all cases, I am fully responsible until the package is in your hands!! )
You can upgrade the shipping at check out.
This upgrade is for EMS shipping, which takes 4-10 business days, and it is fully traceable for all destinations.
I will do my best to provide the fastest service, but it is not always up to me, due to different handling times in different countries and other factors that are out of my hands.
If from any reason shipping is delayed on my behalf (such as Jewish holiday when the post office is closed) I will inform you.

If you received an item and were not happy with it from any reason please contact me and I'll be more than happy to assist.
Refund will be given if you have contacted me and were not satisfied with the solutions offered.
in that case i would ask you to deliver the item back to me within 5 days of receiving it in its original box and with a tracking number.
refund will be given as soon as I get the item.
If you would like to return an item from a reason that is not related to my item's description/ pictures :
I will give you a refund for the full price but will reduce the shipping cost from it.
The costs of return shipping are the buyer's responsibility.
If an item is lost in the shipping process, I will issue a full refund including the shipping. (an item will be considered lost if you did not receive it within 30 business days)
If you did not get your item within the promised time contact me and we will find a solution that will satisfy you.
I pack all items very carefully, wrapped with bubble wrap inside a box/ fabric bag , depending on the item.
If from any reason the item arrived broken or damaged, I will be happy to send a replacement (shipping will be at my expense of course) / new one if available or give you a full refund.
