I love creating things for people to enjoy!
I've always liked to create and make things, from window treatment to wreaths to jewelry. Fortunately for me, GOD blessed me with the gift of creativity!
In addition to my jewelry line I also have a line of home décor items. The line includes hand-painted tile, ceramic items, stain glass, pillows and more. My tiles are at SeaWorthy Gallery in the Outer Banks, NC. I also participate in several local craft shows each year.

Accepted payment methods
If payment is not received within 1 week of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.
CUSTOM ORDERS: PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS AND
1) Orders under $30.00 can be paid at time of completion, prior to shipping, provided no additional materials have to be purchased.
**there is no cancellation fee on orders under $30.00 if all materials are on hand***
2) Orders $30.00-$50.00 require payment in full at time of order.

3) Orders over $50.00 require either payment in full at time of order, or an agreed upon 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. If a 50% deposit is paid up front the balance is due at completion, prior to shipping.

******CANCELLATION POLICY---- The customer has 3 days from the date of the custom order to cancel the order completely without forfeiting any of the payment in full or 50% deposit. After the 3 day period, due to purchasing supplies and time/labor involved, if the order is cancelled 50% of the payment in full is non-refundable and ALL of the 50% down is non-refundable.
**Please check with me regarding my work timetable to see if other arrangement may be made regarding refunds on custom work.
****Changing a custom order---if a customer wants to change the order after the 3 days period, and I have already started working on the order or finished it, there will be a 10% change fee.
5.3% sales tax will be charged to VA residents.
*Items that are marked as "ready to ship" will be shipped in 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment is received.
*My shipping schedule can vary so PLEASE read the "Shipping" section in each item listing to see my current production schedule!

Shipping to US destinations is via USPS 1st Class with delivery confirmation.
On US orders please allow at least 2 weeks after an order shows shipped before opening an inquiry.
International shipments are sent USPS 1st Class International with the appropriate customs forms. Recipients are responsible for any additional taxes,customs fees or forms that need to be filled out.
On international orders please allow 4-5 weeks after an order shows shipped before opening an inquiry. International orders can be delayed for various reasons.
If you wish to add insurance please convo me for the cost. Copper Tulip is not responsible for orders that are lost in transit.
Returns and exchanges
If your *ready-made* purchase is too large or too small (please note that sizes are shown in the item description), please send me a note within 48 hours of receipt to let me know! We have several options, depending on the item:
1) Return the item in new, unworn condition, and a refund will be processed via PayPal (less shipping).
2) Exchange it for another item in my shop! Any price differences (credit or debit) will be processed via PayPal or Direct Checkout.
3.) If you would like to see if the item can be reworked, please send me an email and I will be glad to give you a quote.
If you're requesting a bracelet or necklace in a custom size, please measure carefully! For easy measuring instructions, send me a note! I cannot allow refunds for custom-sized pieces.
Copper Tulip Designs is only responsible for items that are damaged in shipping, if the damage is due to improper packaging on my part.
