I have always loved the old stuff, the family heirlooms and the day to day stuff. My dad grew up during the depression on a farm in rural Pennsylvania. They didn't have much. But the values he learned as a boy shaped him for the rest of his life and he did his best to pass them along to his children. Even as a kid I valued the family heirlooms and now that both of my parents are gone, the torch has been passed on. I'm doing my best to be worthy of it.

Pet free and smoke free home?
I know this is a concern for many people. Because what I buy comes from estate sales and has some age to it, I have to believe that many of these items have at one time lived in a home with either pets or smoke. I have no way of knowing for sure. Obviously, if something shows signs of damage I wouldn't purchase it.
What does vintage condition mean?
Because what I sell is vintage and not new, it may not be in perfect, unused condition. That means there may be obvious signs of wear. Any condition issues will be pointed out in the description. If you need more clarification, please convo me. I will be happy to clarify a description or send more pictures. I consider the pictures to be part of the description.
Returns and exchanges?
What I am selling are one of a kind items in vintage condition. I do my best, through words and pictures, to describe each item as fully as possible. I will point out all flaws. If for some reason you feel I have not done this, please convo me about any issues. I will do my best to resolve them. Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. I will not accept a return that has not been discussed beforehand. The buyer will pay to return any item.
Shipping and handling charges
I'm guessing you're like me and you hate paying shipping. Unfortunately it's part of online business. I can tell you that I will do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring that your item arrives safely. I buy supplies at estate sales whenever I can, I hoard bubble wrap and packing material. I don't charge a handling fee as I consider that to be a part of doing business. It's hard for us small online retailers to compete with the likes of Amazon but I think we have something to offer as well.
Lost or missing packages?
I always try and package and ship within one day but sometimes it may take up to three days. Everything is shipped with a tracking number which is emailed to the buyer. If a package is lost in transit, I will file a missing/lost package report with the USPS. If a tracked package has been delivered to your address and is missing, I cannot be responsible for that. I will not refund the purchase. The buyer has the option to upgrade shipping to "signature required" or "registered mail".
Shipped to a wrong address?
If a buyer has supplied a wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will not resend until the buyer has repurchased shipping to the correct address. It is the buyer's responsibility to furnish the correct address. If the buyer doesn't want to repurchase shipping, the item will be refunded minus 20% for my time and restocking.
