Kindly note that we start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. We deliver your artwork 2 to 3 business day after the order (within 24 hours for "Rush my order" option). We will thus accept cancellation only if payment has not yet gone through. Thank you for understanding.

Returns and exchanges
**MADE TO ORDER ITEMS**
Due to the nature of digital files and the design it entails, NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been emailed to the buyer. The price of the artwork is a compensation for the time and effort invested in its design. If you choose to cancel your order after sending of the file, you will not receive a refund, as the work has already been done.
**INSTANT DOWNLOAD ITEMS**
Once order is paid successfully, refunds and exchanges can obviously not be provided for instant download items. Buyer is responsible for reading the product details carefully before purchasing. Should you have any doubt, please contact us before purchasing.

What is Digital Design and How does this work ?
Our items are all digital ones that can printed on any type of printer. No physical item will be shipped to you.
Once you have placed the order and payment has been confirmed, you will be able to download the zip files. To download, go to your etsy menu on top and click on PURCHASE > RECEIPT
There is a DOWNLOAD button on the Receipt.
Once you have downloaded the designs, you can print the files at home on your deskjet printer or simply bring the jpeg files to any photo lab for printing whether at Walgreen, Walmart, Snapfish, CVS, etc.
The papers are in 12" x 12" so if you are planning to print at home we can resize the papers so you can print them on your home printer.
If you need the papers in 8.5" x 11" or any other dimension, we would be happy to resize the papers FREE of charge for you.
Simply mention "Resize to 8.5 x 11" " in the Notes to DGExpress box when placing the order and you will receive the resized papers within 1 business day.
I have already purchased this item before. Can I get a refund ?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital items, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund for a purchase that has already been made.
However, after verification that you have already ordered the same item previously, we can gladly exchange the item for you with any other product of your choice of the same value from our shop.
I need my invitation/ printable to be in a different language. Is that possible ?
Sure, we would be happy to customize the invitation card to be in a different language.
Simply contact us before ordering with the text in your selected language and we will make the necessary changes once the order is placed.
I have received my proof for the invitation but I need to change an information. Is there any additional fee to pay?
Once we provide you the proof, you have 3 rounds of free modification. After the third modification, an additional fee of $2 will be applicable.
