I try very hard to make clear product listings with accurate photos, but I am only human so if there is any confusion or if I send the wrong item, please let me know so that I can clarify or fix the situation before you leave a negative feedback. I very much value each of your patronage and customer satisfaction is my #1 priority!

Samples: if you would like to request a sample, please note it when checking out so that I can include it in the same shipment, otherwise you will have to pay for shipping separately for the samples.

Accepted payment methods

Payment to be made within 2 days from the date of purchase; Do inform me in advance if there is any delay in your payment.

I accept payment though PayPal (You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay with Visa/Mastercard through PayPal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option 'I don't have PayPal account', where you can pay with your credit card.)

Money Orders are also accepted. Order will not be sent until payment is received and cleared.
We will only ship to your correct PayPal or Etsy address. It is your responsibility to have the correct mailing address in your payment source.

For U.S buyers, if you do not receive your package after 5 working days, please contact me before leaving me a negative feedback. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

~ U.S. Purchases: shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail if under 13 oz, and have a delivery confirmation in place. Purchases over 13 oz. will ship Priority Mail and have a delivery confirmation and tracking number available.

~ Trims will be pressed, nicely folded..
~ International purchases (including Canada): shipped via International 1st Class mail with no insurance and tracking. If you feel that Priority is best for you please convo me for accurate shipping cost. We do not want to charge you more than you have to.

I don't ship to Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, for their postal services are not reliable.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
All of our products are easy to use, no cheap or poor quality.

All of our products are well stocked.

If you are a craftman, you don't need to worry about your repeat orders in the future.

* If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send me a message within 3 days of receiving your item. I'd love to try and work out the problem with you.

* We will need to receive the merchandise in the exact same condition in which it was sent. We will only accept exchange from a smoke-free environment. Also, the items have to arrive to us completely pet hair free and be folded neatly.

* We will not refund you for shipping charges.

Please be sure to contact us for the returning address, we can't refund you or exchange if the parcel is lost or sent to a wrong address. Buyer needs to bear the shipping costs (including forward and return shipping cost).

** Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable *
** All return items are entitled to 20% re-stocking fee.

* Pictures / Photos are requested for damages claim.
