Empowering Underprivileged Women through Creative Art
As a child I was always fascinated to see my mother knitting mufflers and mittens for us during winters. So the art of knitting came naturally from my mother and I took knitting in my craft class at school and I loved creating different accessories which gave me lots of joy. Few years back, I came to know about felting through some ladies in my neighborhood. I fell in love instantly how things were created with such vibrant colors. This is how I started to work on felt and it gives me immense pleasure to work with the ladies who created such lovely craft.
Lately I have a small workshop where I employ some ladies to create this wonderful art. I came to know about Etsy from my Husband and he helped me set up an account. I have been very excited about the thought of our product been going online to the global customer. Thank you Etsy for the exposure.
