We partner with major international logistics service providers like USPS, HKPS, SingPost, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to offer two shipping methods:
• Postal Service Shipping: 10-20 business days
• Express Shipping: 6-8 business days*
Unless especially specified, we offer Postal Service Shipping for each order. If you want an Express Shipping rather than a default please contact us to prompt a customized order and you may pay additional shipping fees.
Some items will have a FREE SHIPPING service, we’ll ship your items free.
*Note: Due to actual customs clearance service level, Express Shipping may have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
Returns and exchanges
:::Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item:::
Any items listed at FindingBox, regardless of the guarantee offered, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (for those untraceable shipment)
In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
• The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item(s)
In a DOA situation, we (seller) will pay the shipping fees of return journey only when customer (buyer) notices FindingBox in advance, and gets our acceptance of proofs provided by customer. Shipping fees of return journey will be paid to customer as soon as the order being refunded (within 5 business days[*] after we received the returned item). Shipping fees of return journey we pay should be upon the shipping bill (a photo of shipping bill should be sent to us), and the value we pay should not exceed the original shipping fee which customer paid to us.
:::Replacement of Incorrect/Defective Item Received:::
If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us via Etsy Convos and provide us the proofs.
If replacement is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you on receipt of return shipping bill.
For the incorrect item, if you wish to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.
After receiving the incorrect/defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
The photos or video of the defective item(s)
In a replacement situation, we (seller) will pay the shipping fees of return journey only when customer (buyer) notices FindingBox in advance, and gets our acceptance of proofs provided by customer. Shipping fees of return journey will be paid to customer within 5 business days after we received the shipping bill (a photo of shipping bill should be sent to us), and the value we pay should not exceed the original shipping fee which customer paid to us. We will pay the replacer item shipping fees.
The replacer item will be shipped as soon as we received the returned item and make sure the item being in original status.
:::Return Unsatisfied Products:::
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (for those untraceable shipping). Customer should pay the shipping fees both ways, which means we will refund the item value only (original shipping fees customer paid to us will not be refunded). We will refund the order within 5 business days after we received the returned item and make sure the item being in original status.
All customers should contact us via Etsy Convos, we will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Refunds will be credit through PayPal or the payment methods of original order.
For FREE SHIPPING order, on situation we pay the return journey shipping fee, the value we pay should not exceed 3 USD and 30% of order value.
If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. In case of damage or empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the charges for the empty package.
*Note: Business days we mentioned here are refer to China (PRC)'s public holiday regulations announced by the government.

Customer can contact us when what we listed on FindingBox can NOT satisfy him/her appropriately. If you want a different size, color, material and even the style, we will try best to find and get the exact ones you want, since we have a very good souring network and production base.

Can I get an expedited shipment?
Yes, we ship via DHL express which takes 3 days to states of US mainland, Canada and 5 days to other countries.
Please search 'DHL' on our shop to get a self-help shipping upgrade.
Can I get a discount for big order?
Yes, please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, we will issue coupon codes on the social network account. Or you can contact us directly thru Etsy Convo.
Are you able to customize the jewelry tags with my own logo or business name?
Yes, definitely! We will make an image mockup with your artwork. Please just attach your design in JPEG or PDF format in Etsy Convo after checked out.
For those who don't have a design just a business name or a piece of inspiration of logo, we can also help you to finalize a design. Or you may pick a font for your business name, we are open for any situation you are at.
How fast do you fulfill / ship orders?
Basically, we process and ship orders in 2 business days.
For custom products, the lead time depends on 1) how fast you confirm the design; 2) processing technology.
. Laser engraved products, 2 ~ 3 business days, could be rushed to 24 hours;
. Mechanical engraved products, 2 ~ 3 business days, could be rushed to 24 hours;
. Etched products, 2 ~ 3 weeks;
. Printed fabric pouches, 7 ~ 10 days.
Sometimes, items would happen to be sold out. We may take a while to restock them, the duration of which may be 2 ~ 3 days or longer. We will suggest ship the available items first and ship the rest as soon as those were restocked.
